Congratulations Wes from Westminster, MD!
We posted some comments a few weeks ago, and stated that the first person responding to our blog would get a 15% discount off thier next stay with us. Wes, do you really want to stay with this hotel? I stayed last year, and let me tell you, it was terrible. My in laws stayed just recently and stated to me that the ignorance that the front desk staff had made the stay unmoving. The management lacks on customer service as well. Mr. Vankirk esecially, he is not open to opinions and doesn't adjust to critisizm well. Wes, I would really rethink...
ReplyDeleteI thought that Mr. Van Kirk and his wife were very nice and pleasant. Their customer service skills were exemplary. It certainly seems to me that they are contiually trying improve things.
